Book Your Service Appointment Online

Our enthusiastic team is devoted to excellence and always ready to help. At Sterling Ford we speak your language. Offering service in French, English and Arabic. Spanish and Italian translation is available on site.

Step 1: Retrieve or create your profile

  • You’ve been with us before? Great! Type in your phone number or email in the corresponding box. Your file will come up and you’ll be directed to select the vehicle you want to have serviced.
  • You’re new to Sterling Ford? Welcome. We’re happy to serve you. Click on the blue box labelled New Customer; the system will send you to enter your vehicle information. 

Step 2: Select or add your vehicle information

  • From your profile, choose the vehicle that you would like to make the appointment for. If the one you need to bring is not within this option, identify the year, make, and model from the drop boxes.
  • If you can provide the VIN, we can take the time to check your file with Ford Canada to make sure there wasn’t anything they wanted us to follow up on.
  • Identify the mileage on the vehicle.

Click the next step button.


Step 3: Tell us how we can help

  • Navigate through the 5 tab options and select each service you would like to have completed. If you’re not sure what a service option includes, click on it; a description will pop up. Select the add button in the bottom right corner of the pop-up box to move it to your cart.
  • Please note that detailing services are limited and a representative will call you to confirm or negotiate the date.
  • Once you’re done shopping, click on the next step button. 

Step 4: Define your appointment a drop box is available for your convenience.

  • Let us know if you will be waiting with us, need a ride somewhere, dropping your vehicle off or require a courtesy vehicle. Keep in mind that courtesy vehicles are very limited, and a representative will call you to let you know if it will be possible.
  • Decide if you would like to come in the morning or afternoon and the week you are aiming for. Once this is defined; the available time slots will light up in dark blue. Select the time you want and click the next step button.
  • Please note that 5:00am means the keys are being left in the night drop box. On arrival, you will see two large garage doors in front of you; follow the wall to the right of the doors.
  • Find the metal box on the wall in the corner. Open the box, there are envelopes inside, fill out the envelope to the best of your ability and sign it, put the keys in the envelope and slide it through the slot in the box.

Step 5: Confirm your contact and preferred method of contact information

  • Please read the disclaimer, fill out the contact information boxes and identify the preferred method to receive your confirmation. Click the finish button.
